Shutterbugs

I've been able to con Tim into letting me take some photos of him for a photography class I'm taking by giving him a turn to take pictures with my camera. So far, its my most consistently successful trick and some of his shots are already better than mine :)

Since we're not using our old point & shoot anymore and it still works, we put some batteries and a memory card in and let him have at it!

Rainy day

We had a rainy stretch a few weeks ago and after a few days the boys were going a little stir crazy. So, we went out and rode bikes. Why not?







They weren't totally thrilled with the rain and it didn't last long, but it was fun nonetheless :)

Trouble

Easter Morning

The kids were so excited for the arrival of the Easter bunny this year! They had a ton of questions about how and when he would arrive at the house to leave candy and hide eggs. We read one of my favorite books from when I was little and had a few questions answered but there were still many more. The boys were looking out their window after bedtime in hopes of catching a glimpse.

Despite the note from the Easter Bunny saying that Nick should wake up Mom & Dad so we could all go downstairs as a family, Nick went down to scope it out and then came back upstairs at 5:30am to wake up Tim. Thankfully (this time), Tim doesn't know how to be quiet and we heard them "creeping" down the stairs. They were quite pleased with what they found in their Easter baskets and entertained by that long enough to get a little coffee made :)

The egg hunt was fast and furious. One kid in the family room and one in the living room. But, we managed to snap a few photos (I know what you're thinking, but yes, there are actually events in our children's lives that are not captured in photos).
